• JoyRise Art is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

5. Shipping Errors & Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated time frame, contact us at info@joyriseart.com within 10 business days of the expected delivery date.

• We will assist you in locating or replacing your order when possible.

• JoyRise Art is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

 

6. International Shipping

• At this time, JoyRise Art ships only within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

 

7. Risk of Loss

• Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided.
