• Workshop and consulting fees paid with a credit card are processed through Clover with a 3% processing fee.

• Prices are in USD and may change without notice.

• We may cancel orders if there’s a pricing error or suspected fraud.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping and handling times are estimates; delays may occur.

• Risk of loss passes to you when products are delivered.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

• Contact us first if physical products need to be returned; returns will be handled according to our Return Policy.

• Digital products cannot be refunded once downloaded.

• Services (classes, workshops, or facilitations) may be canceled or rescheduled per our cancellation policy, which includes a fee.

• You may not copy, sell, distribute, or share JoyRise Art content, including digital access links, without written permission.
