Refund & Cancellation Policy

At JoyRise Art, we strive to provide high-quality products and services that support creativity and wellness. This policy explains our procedures for returns, refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.
1. Returns & Refunds for Physical Products

Contact us first at info@joyriseart.com before returning any product.

Returns must be handled according to our instructions.

Physical products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a JoyRise Art error.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
2. Digital Products

Digital products, including downloads, online courses, or digital art files, cannot be refunded once downloaded or accessed.

Digital products are for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or distributed.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling for Services

Services include workshops, classes, coaching, and facilitated sessions.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session or no-shows will result in 100% of the service fee retained.

Rescheduled services must be booked within 30 days of the original date, subject to availability and at the discretion of JoyRise Art.
4. How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Reschedule

Email info@joyriseart.com with your order number, date, and reason for return, cancellation, or rescheduling.

We will provide instructions and confirm any applicable fees.
5. Exceptions

Exceptions may be made at the discretion of JoyRise Art for damaged or defective products.
